By using mycookiedrop.com or placing an order with The Cookie Drop (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.

The Cookie Drop is a small, home-based bakery selling fresh-baked cookies, currently delivering to Urbana, MD only. New flavors and availability change from week to week — what's in stock on the site is what's actually available for the current drop.

• All orders are placed and paid for through Stripe Checkout. Prices are shown in USD at checkout.
• Each drop is baked in limited quantities. We do our best to keep stock counts accurate, but two people can occasionally order the last of something at nearly the same time — if that happens to your order, we'll contact you to make it right (a refund or a swap).
• Promo codes are subject to their own terms (expiration, minimum order, etc.) as noted when the code is issued.
• We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order we can't fulfill.

For custom requests, reach out via our Contact page. Custom orders may have their own pricing, timeline, and cancellation terms, which we'll confirm with you directly before you pay.

Because everything is baked fresh to order in small batches, we can't accept cancellations once baking has started. If something is wrong with your order — it didn't arrive, it arrived damaged, or it's not what you ordered — email us at support@mycookiedrop.com and we'll make it right.

Our kitchen bakes with wheat, eggs, dairy, tree nuts, and soy, and everything is made in the same space — so any item may contain traces of these allergens even if they're not in that specific cookie's ingredients. If you have a food allergy, please contact us before ordering so we can help you decide what's safe, or avoid ordering if the risk isn't one you're willing to take. We are not able to guarantee an allergen-free product.

Placing an order means we'll email you a receipt — that's a transactional email, not a subscription. Joining our mailing list is a separate, opt-in choice, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any mailing-list email, or by emailing us. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The Cookie Drop name, logo, and the content on this site (photos, recipes, copy) belong to us. Please don't reuse them without asking.

We do our best to make sure everything on the site is accurate, but we don't guarantee the site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Cookie Drop isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or your order, beyond the amount you actually paid us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
